Ponca City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #103 endorses Rob Davis
The Ponca City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #103, which represents law enforcement officers in Ponca City, is backing Rob Davis in his bid for District Judge of Kay and Noble Counties.
“Though Mr. Davis has not previously served as a judge, we believe judicial service requires more than prior judicial experience. Judges must possess sound judgment, a thorough understanding of the law, a strong sense of fairness, ethical character, and the ability to evaluate facts objectively. Mr. Davis consistently demonstrates these qualities,” said Caleb Landis, President of Ponca City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #103.
“We appreciate the many years of service to Kay and Noble Counties by District Judge Lee Turner. He has remained a proponent of law enforcement and we appreciate his many years of ethics based judicial performance. Our endorsement of Mr. Davis shows our commitment to the future of Kay and Noble counties and we look forward to having Mr. Davis serve our communities in that capacity.”
Davis is currently serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the 8th Judicial District which is comprised of Kay and Noble Counties. Davis said he was honored to earn their vote of confidence.
“I am extremely pleased to receive the endorsement of the Ponca City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #103. These men and women dedicate themselves to serving our community, and I am truly honored to receive this vote of confidence in my candidacy for the position of District Judge” Davis said.
Davis is focused on bringing efficiency and transparency to the courtroom while maintaining integrity, respect for all people and a heart for public service.
“Throughout his career, our officers have had the opportunity to work closely with Mr. Davis. During that time we have come to rely upon his legal knowledge, appreciate his respect for the Constitutional rights of all, and trust in his dedication to justice,” said Landis. “Mr. Davis consistently exhibits a strong work ethic, clear communication, strong leadership skills, and unwavering professionalism. Our officers see the judicial process unfold, and we believe Mr. Davis is the right choice to structure the process and ensure justice is achieved for years to come. It is because of these reasons that the Ponca City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #103 believes that Rob Davis is the best candidate for the position of District Judge. We urge all citizens of Kay and Noble Counties to vote for Rob Davis for District Judge on June 16th, 2026.”
